Refund Policy

How and when we process refunds for eligible orders.

Last updated: 6 August 2026

This Refund Policy explains how TRUSTinONLINE processes refunds. It should be read together with our Return & Replacement Policy, which sets out when an item is eligible.

1. When a refund applies

A refund may be issued when:

  • your order is cancelled before dispatch;
  • an approved return is received for a damaged, defective or mis-fit item and a replacement is not available or not requested; or
  • we are unable to fulfil your order.

Where possible we will first offer a free replacement under our replacement promise. A refund is provided if you prefer it or a replacement cannot be arranged.

2. How refunds are made

  • Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method (card, UPI or netbanking) via our payment gateway.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: refunded to your bank account or UPI ID, which we will collect securely when processing your request.

3. Refund timeline

Once a refund is approved, we initiate it within 2 business days. It then typically reflects in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping charges, where applicable, are refundable only if the return is due to our error (damaged, defective or wrong item).

4. Non-refundable situations

Refunds are not available for items that have been used or installed without any defect, for requests raised after the eligibility window described in our Return & Replacement Policy, or where the item is returned in a condition that does not meet the stated requirements.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@trustinonline.in with your order number and reason (and photos, if the item is damaged or defective). Our team will guide you through the next steps. You can also reach us via our Contact page.
